Lovely experience - staff are super friendly! My fiance and myself are vegan and the amazing staff washed the equipment for us as well as getting out the allergen book and showing us through the ingredients so we could work out which frostinos we could have. Wonderful experience
Nice place, coffees always decent, staff friendly. Absolutely not a reflection on this branch.... with all costas though, the almond milk is disgusting. When will the big bosses get a grip and give the people what they want. They know no one buys the almond milk anymore since changing it to coca colas own brand... gross. Bring back alpro milk!!!
Very noisy, coffee was ok, this used to be a place that was really good, it's just an average coffee stop now, there are better places to get coffee these days.
Local costa coffee shop. Not too busy, could get a table. Tables had been cleared away so wasn't untidy. Staff friendly.

Already enough litter around Newton Aycliffe. Nice to see Costa coffee cups being adding to our hedgerows. The company needs a better policy on single use cups, the customers should know better!
Some staff just don't listen to your order, time and again it's not how you asked for it, what a shame, they are letting you down Darlington Moreton Park is different again great service great coffee every time.
My elderly father is a regular customer of this Costa, loves the coffee and cakes! but especially the friendly staff who go out of their way to make his visit comfortable and enjoyable. I visited today with him and I could see exactly what he means - the staff today Becca, Jordan and Katie were excellent and a real credit to the company. It's so important to look after your regular clients, especially in difficult times like these, and the staff here really go the extra mile. Many thanks!

Food,good. Staff, really good. Room ok if you like dungeons. One small window about five foot from the floor, level with the ground outside. Didn't spoil our enjoyment tho. But would I go back ???
