This shop seems to be very busy on weekends, which is not a surprise in this area. We were lucky to find a table without a long waiting queue. There is no outdoor seating, but it was not an option anyway on a snowy day. Still lovely Costa coffee and decent deserts so no complaintsFood: 4/5
Like Costa's coffee much more than the other chain coffee stores plus their loyalty card is better in my opinion.Service: 4/5
Its a shame that the few one spoil it for the Barista team, customer service is exactly that, serve the customers needs, and don't let your ego get in the way. If you don't like being a Barista and serving great coffees with a smile, try another job. Not so merry Costa, you might make it better than Starbucks, but if it has a dose of patronising attitude, how can customers refuel and enjoy.

A cut above the average Costa. Always a really good coffee and staff are quite chatty. Wi-fi seems to work well also.
Extremely poor service. I almost missed the FAST train. One staff worker insolently permitted another rude customer to brazenly push in front of me. I suggest you check this form of behaviour. Costa has let me down for the last time #starbucksforthewin

My daughter went in last week and bought 2 mint choc chip frostinos for us... there was so much mint liquior in them that they were undrinkable... iv had frostinos from costa in all different countries and these were the worst by far
