Very busy good - but not good! so nowhere to sit and had to have takeaway in the rain. Staff very friendly, and my coffee was fine, but flat white was more like a latte, apparently. Will put it down to Covid and return another day.
Great and lovely costa coffee in Ross on wye with friendly staff and plenty of seating if you want to enjoy a snack and/or coffee indoors. The coffee is good and the service excellent and you can get the usual snacks and food items here.
Friendly helpful staff. Small selection of tasty vegan cakes and muffins plus the usual coffees.

Lovely cup of tea and a shortbread biscuit, nothing negative to say about that!
The manager was quite bossy, insisted that the Costa tracking app must be used and the NHS system optional. Very strange. Other Costa's are happy with the NHS app.

Great service today, my first costa since lockdown, the lady who served me was polite and happy and made my day by giving me a freebie to boot !!
