Really like Costa Coffee but it just seems to take an age to prepare your drinks. I understand restrictions placed on the staff but 20 mins to get a drink is a bit much.
Really impressed by the organisation and communication from the Costa team to make customers feel welcome and safe with an excellent Covid secure offering. As the very first coffee shop outing for two new mums and their babies, it was a great first experience.
Always well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful
Need to consider the heating as the weather changes people want to be warm not sitting in their coats
No idea I only drove past it but people with lots of money like it because you see them queuing up to spend 3or 4 pounds on a cup of coffee the world has gone mad

No customer service, very slow, hot chocolate tasted watered down. Use to be a nice place to visit..not anymore...sorry.
