It was just a costa nothing more nothing less. Just standard, which is all you get in these places. We had two pots of tea ,a Mac and cheese, and a slice of cake. All were to a good standard, nothing exceptional, nothing bad. There were two new members of staff who were being trained by others, the staff were lovely very chatty and pleasant . The seating area was over a large area,above next . Lift, escalator, or stairs to get upstairs. Plenty of parking. Clean and accessible toilets.
Staff are always friendly, and efficient! The large glass wall let’s in a lot of natural light, and it is airy. The coffee is a good standard Costa coffee! It is a great example of the Costa brand!
We chose a busy time to go so queues were expected, and being in a popular store also! We had beverages and cake a nice pick me up. But seating was sparse due to midday rush otherwise usually plenty of seatingFood: 5/5
Found the food very overpriced and quality not like it used to be. Ham and cheese toastie. The latte i had didnt taste like it had any coffee in it. The place felt dirty and the extraction fan above the serving area was caked in dust...wont be returning. That said, staff were quick and efficient and friendly.Food: 1/5
Friendly staff who are willing to help without asking, been a few times now to this Costa and never had anything bad to say. Family friendly. Food is just a little more expensive then i would like to pay.Food: 4/5
I'm a Costa Coffee fan and love their coffees and cakes. I have visited many Costas in my lifetime and have a few favourites. This is not one of them. Though coffee is perfectly fine, the vibe about this place isn't right. Staff are not the usual friendly ones.Food: 5/5

Overpriced, run by people who look like they couldn't care if you walked behind the counter and got your own coffee. Not their fault, you get the sense they're underpaid and worked hard.Food: 2/5
Drinks were good as always latte. Cheese and ham toastie was over priced for the pathetic amount of filling inside. No flavour to it either.Food: 3/5
