Very very dirty and smelly. No one cleaning tables but worst of all the toilets are disgusting. Mold. Blood. People urine and poo on the toilet and floor. No toilet roll. One dirty sink. Would never return
Nice quiet place in central, there is seating downstairs. Not many people there. Good for getting some work done.
Love Costa. Would always go the extra mile to avoid Starbucks. Just do it for the better taste!
Perfect place for coffee lovers. So many fresh coffee beans from all around the world to choose from. Can be very busy, prepare to wait in a long queue.
I do like their coffee. Not great but not bad, it's a agreeable average. Always go for almond milk option. It's very nice.

cosy little place with wide range of selections however, I had 415 point in my costa card which they redeemed but also took payment from me. Despite showing my cards statement and costa app to prove that something wrong happened, the guy seemed be not caring at all.
Really bloody cosy downstairs, made it feel like you weren't in central London. The staff were also really nice. I'd never been in this particular one before so I certainly was surprised by it. Their community board had nothing on it which was quite amusing
Friendly staff, big placeseating downsairs but toilets were not cleaned.
