First Costa since lockdown! Excellent safety measures in the store, social distancing etc, staff friendly and welcoming as always. Coffee perfect.
Always treated really well at the Alderley Store, the place is really well run and the staff are warm and chatting which really makes visiting very enjoyable. Georgie in particular is a star!!
Great place to meet friends for a coffee. The outside seating area is also ideal in nice weather if you are out dog walking. Had chocolate with marshmallows, lovely.
Coffee was good but shop and tables untidy had to remove mess from table and sanitise it our selves ! not good in current circumstances
He spend 10 mins making orders for people who weren’t here when I was stood there waiting for my simple order . The 4 drinks he made got thrown in the bin , it was obvious nobody was waiting . Bad service !
Quiet day but over half of tables strewn with dirty cups. Served my tea with a grotty, dirty cup and then got surly when asked for a clean one. I still had to wipe that clean. Sorry but when you're serving a tea bag and some hot water for over two quid, I deserve a clean cup!
