So it’s Costa Coffee, so average coffee that tastes a little no we because you overpaid for it. The real reason for this mildly snide review is the combination lock on the toilets that screams “we hard people and their biological needs”. There’s a McDonalds over the road with coffee half the price and no presence, plus a toilet you can use without dehumanising yourself in the process.

Great location, the coffee shop is well set out and it always has customers using it. Costa has great coffee, a good selection of food options. The tables are usually cleared well and in good time, by well trained, friendly staff. The only reason this Costa and the majority of them only gets four stars is because of the lack of toilet facilities, that are normally always unclean and smelly. It let's the place down and also spoils it for when you get a table closer to the toilet facilities, which would never be by choice, only necessity!
Amazing customer service, the coffee and toastie was delicious. The staff were extremely nice and very welcoming as a person with anxiety i felt very comfortable and happy with my visit, me and my moms visit this costa alot and we enjoy every experience.
A small cafe on the first floor of next shop. Staff a tad slow,hence some people left before being served, Could do with an additional server, otherwise ok
I went into Costa at 17:00 after being told on the website that its open until 18:00. When we went in I could hear the Guy serving say we are closed. After we were told by two customers and my Son that the man said "we are closed, can't you see the big sign right in front of you" i went back to see if I could see the Guy but to no avail i wanted to give him a mouth full. Completely rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Avoid this place. Don't deserve the service. The Guy serving was Either Australian or New Zealand.

Nice hot chock friendly staff. Australian barrister is a star. A nice and clean cafe. Easy parking.
