We have been going to Costa Cheadle for 2 years and always had a good experience and fantastic customer service. Very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly, polite and accommodating. Despite how busy the place is, David is fast when serving customers and always smiling with customers, going round and making sure customers got what they want, and if they need more drinks. Thanks for making us feel welcome every time we visit. All the best

Called in for a quiet hot chocolate with my sister,and never again. The noise was ridculous.I'm sure that the girl behind the counter was the saucer-stacker world champion at noise making.This plus very loud and vocal staff,the expected sound of the steam machine made it one of the most anti-social places I have been.The 'hot' chocolate wasn't hot,there was hardly any taste to it,and at a ludicrous £3.40 each.Not for me thanks,I'll stay well away.Paracetamols should be on the saucer of every drink serving.

Toilets disgusting. Why dies Costa insist kn unisex toilets, it's just wrong. Pee all seat, floor a disgrace. I hope the staff don't use these toilets when preparing food and drinks.Food: 5/5

Great place to catch up over a coffee and cake staff very friendly and accommodating tables cleared constantly and area always kept wiped down. The toilets were also equally as clean and tidy.
