Fantastic store - always clean friendly and welcoming, manager Lisa is always friendly chatty and has great customer service, along with her team. Always my favourite place for a Costa!
It was a costa BUT the staff were very good Tucked at the back of tesco and the coffee was brilliant Hate chains but good one

I love it! The employees are really nice and I love their toast with butter and jam and the mozzarella and tomatoes. It is simply amazing!!
Wasn't best pleased waiting over ten minutes to get served, I wouldn't mind there was only one person in front of me ordering a cheese toasty and something else. When I eventually got seen too, my coffee lattee was lukewarm. Won't be calling back there anytime soon.
Very nice place, lovely coffee & white toast lovely bread, staff are friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to go to Burnage Costa coffee in Tesco, husband does shopping while I have my 1st coffee....
Had a coffee and muffin. Very good but seeing a bit squashed, few comfy chairs available.Had to brush cake crumbs off my seat before I could sit. Blue berry muffin was moist and melt in the mouth. Coffee good but milk jugs are tiny not enough milk in.
Decided to try costa burnage this time as it was ok last week. But I'm afraid as seems to be the case with costa generally at the moment the coffee was naff. And that was even after taking the first one back. The staff just don't seem bothered now and I'm rapidly giving up with them all
Still open despite appearances with it being hidden at the back of the store it's exceptionally quiet, nice coffee and friendly staff even in this trying time.
