Just love a great costa coffee, fantastic coffee and service..Food: 5/5
Excellent as expected, friendly staff, not too crowded in the morning, enjoyed my cup of coffee inside rather than on the go.

Its really disappointing the staff are very rude and miserable in this store. No que, barley any customers & 2 staff and a long service even when you order from click & collect. A member of staff started having ago at me when I arrived for click & collect assuming I was a different customer, when I told the woman wearing a long black costa fleece not to assume as I wasn't that customer she was very rude and not once apolgised, my drink was not ready and when the employee made the peach iced tea I ordered from click & collect did not have any syrup in as the employee was to busy behaving like a spolit child. Its really sad to be hyped up about using a quick & simple app click & collect and recieve such rude and disrespectful behaviour from both employees working this day.
Tucked away but larger than first appears. The usual Costa selection of food plus delicious drinks. The staff were efficient but friendly and helpful. Would definitely reccomend.
3 Staff were disengaged and quite nonplussed. I decided not to stay for food as the attitude and atmosphere was disturbing. Ordered my coffee and left. I won't be using this store again.Service: 2/5

nice small costa location, perfect for when im at uni! staff are always super nice and quick service
I liked this Costa a lot, not just because of a good location in the city centre and great coffees / drinks they make here, but also because compared to other Costa bars this one is usually much quieter and usually with very little / no queues.
