Lovely breakfast for a lovely price. Not sure if there was a deal on but got toast for a £1 so with a pot of tea that you easily squeeze two cups out of it only came to £3.25 for a simple breakfast. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to manoeuvre. When it's heavily busy the main serving section is still a wide aisle.

I visited this Costa a few years back and was really disappointed at the service and the staff seemed to lack training. However, on a more recent visit, the branch seems to have got its act together. Staff seem to have received the training they need and they are much more friendly and helpful. Drinks and food are served quickly and everything seems to be running a lot smoother. The only downside of this particular Costa is the sound acoustics, or lack of. When it gets busy, the sound bounces round the room making the noise much worse. However, when it's not rammed, it is a great place to visit. Vegetarian options: Vegan options are available

The lady on the coffee machine is a wiserd. Never seen anyone turn out perfect coffee as fast excellent service, no waiting bang on. Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent access, plenty of room to manoeuvre.
Found this Costa on a walkabout in Rugeley. It's in a quiet, pedestrianised area. The interior is bright with a mix of normal and soft seating. The service is good and the coffee is great. I felt that the interior and exterior tables could have been cleared a bit quicker. To my mind, a 4-star Costa - but then, as you know - I'm picky.
Very friendly staff, who seem to know a lot of local people, giving the place a good community feel. Coffee and serve are always spot on Wheelchair accessibility: All on the flat, so good access for wheelchairs.

OK, it was getting late in the day but not a very friendly reception by either of the ladies behind the counter. We were told that coffee would be in a takeaway cup even though we were sitting in. Flat whites ordered - not overly hot or strong.Service: 2/5
