Good coffee and a nice place. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only problem with this Costa is that people come in off the street just to use the toilet so you can never get in there. Not sure how staff can police this but it is annoying.

I love my Costa coffee, always have! Great coffee and other beverages, good quality cakes and snacks.

Disappointed with this Costa... I love Costa coffee, but this one is not as friendly as the other stores I frequent.... They are not able to make a dry cappuccino... And it felt dark and was very loud... And that was from the staff... It's a shame as it use to be the best store in Nottingham... I would walk 5 minutes more to the one in waterstones book shop

Nice cup of coffee. But parking is difficult.

Good coffee but the place needs a good clean, maintainenace on some of the furniture and tables. Toilets are grim. Lots of abandoned pots and trays. Staff could do with looking sharper. Shirts not tucked in. Cake display was only put out at 11:45am. Good coffee but needs some attention.
