Of all the coffee houses to choose from in Ashford, why would you want to go here.Certainly not for the services and cleanliness. My experience today was dreadful. My wife and I ordered two coffees and food; the coffee was good, but surely they can't get that wrong, can they? There were 3 staff on, two of which were acting the fool, the guy who took the order treated us as though we weren't there, throwing my wife's credit card back after processing it, great. The tables were filthy and full of used crockery, sticky seats and tables and the trays have a rim of dirt and filth around the edges, all in need of a thorough clean. Perhaps if the staff took an interest in the place it would be half decent. Costa Coffee, your only as good the impression portrayed by your staff to your customers and it doesn't cut it here. Also, your scores on the doors certificate which is displayed for all to see ran out in September 2013. does that tell you something. . . . . ! Get your act in order, disgusting procedures for renown company.

So dirty, the table was not clean, the sofa was so filthy and sticky . Make me feel sick. I was with my kids and believe me it was not pleasant at all. I can't finish my coffee, we just left. No nice place. No going to have coffee in this place again .

Really friendly service. Only popped in for a couple of cakes but the lady gave our us some marshmallows and flake chocolates as well as a treat for our little boy. Very kind! Thank you!

Decent coffee and hot chocolate. Plenty of cakes to choose from. Fast service and comfy seats to watch the world go by.
