Whenever I have been in the staff have always been lovely. It does get busy so expect a que. The cakes are lovely though quite pricey.

A little pricey and little too cramped but Costa coffee is a nice smooth blend compared to the slightly bitter blend Starbucks use.

Rude. No Hello, no goodbye, no 'thank you'. Absolutely zero manners.  And the young cashier even rolled his eyes when I ordered my soy latte.  Terrible customer service.  There are plenty other coffee shops to go to in the gyle where you will not experience a complete lack of basic communication.

Never got my coffee order right...  How hard could it be?  Americano with hot milk... 3/5 times I have to go back and get it rite!!
