Over the years Costa coffee has gone down hill. Cups are never really clean, food is poor quality and the staff can be slow.

Nice Costa to visit it's in Debenhams site ground floor. Nice and spacious

There is on gentleman (dark hair and glasses) who goes above and beyond to help me and my mummy friends to sort highchairs and brings coffees to the table. His customer service is why I would return. But other wise outside seating is awful and sad. Inside outdated and warn...hasn't changed for years! Apart from the young gentleman it's a bad representation of the brand.

Its ok but not the best costa in the nation. Love their hazelnut latte but thats about it
