We popped in this evening at 18:10! 20 minutes before closing time. Had a lovely hot chocolate and my girlfriend had a vanilla latte. We got our drinks served in takeaway cups. Which is fine, maybe the dishwasher was already packed. The down point was that we were given a count down every few minutes on how long we had left. I know what the time is thanks! At 18:25 we were told the shop was closed. We stayed sat until 18:29 because we are rebels!

Flat white not consistently wonderful. Oh for the Costa that closed it was far far far better.

Was given green tea instead of mint tea and my friend's latte was cool but after mentioning it to the staff member our cups were whisked away and refilled without a problem. The spoons we were given were dirty. Staff were confident and friendly.

Has really gone downhill of late.  Always appears grubby.  Tables are often sticky.  Staff unable to show efficiency.
