Popped in for a pit stop in between a busy scheduled day. Place itself is always nice and clean with plenty of spare clean tables. A pleasant and quiet place to sit, relax and reflect. Staff always very lovely. Service: always find the staff quick to take the orders. No faffing about there but a personal frustration of mine is that drinks do take a time to prepare. No one’s fault it’s the process I know. However there’s usually only 1 making the hot drinks which then slows it all down. Cheadle Hulme Costa overall a 5 star in fairness.
I was shocked with the state of the toilet, I order my coffees very early morning and went to use the lady room it’s was filthy I mention that to member of staff and she didn’t even bothered to clean it ,nThat should be clean before they opennAnd always my coffee is cold when I picked it up it happend 5 timesnNot happy at all
The excessive noise level, unclean tables, and weak coffee quality render this establishment wholly unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend it.
Despite this Costa often being quiet on midweek daytimes, I'm struggling to understand why it's always so dirty and poorly managed.nnThe staff are friendly and constantly changing which is another sign of bad management, but seem very junior and rarely motivated to do anything other than chat when they're not serving customers.nnThe WiFi seems to work around 70% of the time.
Absolutely awful. There was no queue yet I had to wait 15 minutes for our coffees because of a large takeaway order which should be limited. 3 staff were on the takeaway order and neglected myself and others in the now forming queue. When my coffee did finally arrive, it was on a takeaway cup when I said we were staying in. I asked for a cup and saucer and was only given a cup. My flat white was ruined. Rubbish coffee and dreadful service. Costa needs to go back to basics.
