Costa Cofee

Very polite staff, good prices, good coffee. Their large is *too* large to be honest, but that’s just my opinion. My only complaints are that there were very few outlets to plug laptops into, and people were smoking directly in front of the door, making the cafe stink indoors significantly.

As always a good experience. Though today in particular the staff were really attentive and friendly. Something as simple as I dropped a bag to take a cake away. And in a instant without asking I was Brough a bag by the staff member. Really friendly asked if we needed anything. A great experience. It where we come for a coffee date with my child after nursery. Made also much better with the staff and experience. Thank you

Good quality coffee. Shop could have been cleaner considering it wasn't that busy.

Used to be really good, but now there is literally o my one staff member that can make coffee correctly. Using the wrong milk, not texturising correctly, short changing people very frequently because of lack of attention to detail when handling money, and burning milk very frequently. It’s also very poorly maintained at front of house every time I go in. There’s one lady, slim with dark hair and a slight Essex accent, and she is fantastic. If there’s any staff but her, I walk out.

Very poor service. We waited so long for our orders to be served to the table. All people behind us had already served and left. Many things were missing from what we ordered jam, juice... Poor management skills- should have known the busy hours and get enough staff accordingly.
