As others have said, slow service in restaurant, and when it did arrive it was the wrong order. I didn't fancy sitting there starving hungry watching others at my table eating and another long wait for the proper order (by which time I would be eating on my own anyway). The waitress also insisted the order was correct, despite me pointing at the item I ordered and saying what I wanted twice. Blaming the customer for your own mistake, good move. Won't bother coming here again. The rooms are average, not bad but nothing special. The light above the mirror in the bathroom did not work, which isn't great if you're trying to shave. It's also impossible to sleep due to the noise of air con unit or something right outside the door of the room which is very audible in the room. It sounds like someone with vacuum cleaner, all night.

Went here recently as a treat for our daughter's birthday. wishing we had gone somewhere else. Slow service to bring the food, and with 3 young children, this was difficult. we weren't offered colouring pages or anything. surroundings were quaint, but appeared old and dusty, floor was dirty, with sauce spills under my chair. When the food finally arrived, it was plentiful and quite tasty, but still seemed overpriced, as most meals needed a separate side order at £2.95. we had asked if the child's poached chicken came with a dip or sauce, were told no, and then server suggested a boat of gravy, which we were then charged £1.95 for. the meal would have been extremely dry without it. My meal was also quite dry and had no salad or veg included. Then we were charged for "inbetweeners" instead of children's meals, and when queried, were given an entirely different table's bill, which was very embarrassing. Very disappointing, and certainly won't be rushing back.

Good afternoon all. Hotel for the class on 5 points, Convenient, silent. I liked it. Wi-Vi works well, and that some write that about the outdated TV, so I will answer so. We go to have a rest from the TV and a crunch. Here also we have a rest, we forget about all gadgets and we enjoy silence and chatter of little birds.

It's such a pity that I can't go lower than 1 star. I could never give a good review of a hotel that allows an animal abuser to play at their hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Will never set foot in the place again.
