The best barber I've been to, now a regular. Sean knows what he's doing and takes genuine interest in what you've been up to. This is just an added bonus on top of his brilliant skill and eye for detail, which I've never seen in another barber shop. Tucked away on Caledonian Road you could walk right past admiring the plants filling the shop, perhaps even get distracted by them before acknowledging the incredible talent that lies within. Sean is great. Love it there and hope to keep going back.
Sean is a great barber with a wealth of hair dressing experience and an amiable nature. I’ve been coming to see him for years without a single bad haircut in that time. When I’m abroad for a while and need to go elsewhere, I show them a photo of how Sean cuts my hair and ask them to copy it usually not replicated as well and at a greater expense.
Very good traditional men's barber shop located just north of the Regent's Canal on the busy Caledonian Road in King's Cross. The owner Sean does a first class job at a very reasonable charge. This is an old-fashioned barber shop giving good and friendly service not far from King's Cross station and the University of the Arts.
Sean is a legend. Great cut. Very knowledgeable with his technique. Top notch chat. I've never enjoyed haircuts til I started going here. Decor is ace too.
Really good and cheap hairdresser. I always have problem finding an affordable hairdresser that actually knows his job and I was surprise by the quality of the service here. The old salon looks a bit tired but it is very charming. Cut, wash and styling is £15.
Been going for 2 years, Sean is super nice and a great barber. Reasonable price for a haircut.
Unfortunately the place didn't open at 9 on the day I went Thurs 22nd. In fact, it still wasn't open by half 9, at which point I gave up. Pretty disappointing! Perhaps the proprietor was off sick, but I won't be taking the risk again to find out. Looked nice inside though: classic old-fashioned barbers with vintage sinks and wood panelling.
Like an old school codger's barbers without the codgers, yet non of the faffy ephemera and wait times of the trendy places. Always a great cut - the most important thing. But don't come here, I dont like to queue!
Very good haircut, the barber is friendly and great to talk to, and very reasonably priced
The way a barbershop should be. Very friendly chat while cutting, very professional cut. I will start using the barber regularly.
