Great soft play. Big toddler area which is enclosed with a gate keeping the young ones safe. Only recommendation would be a booking system at peak times weekend/ Bank holiday as it got very busy.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Cosmic Kids. The heating has clearly been broken, and it’s completely unacceptable for a business that caters to children to allow the premises to become so cold and uncomfortable. Kids should not be expected to sit and play in these conditions, and parents certainly shouldn’t have to worry about it.nnTo make matters worse, even the staff look freezing all the time — which says everything about how bad the situation really is. It’s unfair on both employees and customers, and it creates a miserable environment instead of a welcoming one.nnWhat’s even more frustrating is that this doesn’t seem like a sudden issue — it feels neglected. Basic facilities like heating are the bare minimum, and the owner should be taking responsibility instead of letting customers deal with the consequences.nnUntil this is properly fixed, I cannot recommend Cosmic Kids. It’s ridiculous that a business would allow things to get to this point.
Great wee spot for kids, decent wee seating areas as well. Good menu for food and drinks
Over priced at £8 per child, the big slide was not open was zip tied closed. Had a very upset group of children who did not understand why they couldn't use slide, Took matters into their own hands and went down slide only to be told they were not allowed without any reason. Only assumption I could make was staff were too lazy to man the slide.
Cosmic Kids Playground is hands down the best and biggest indoor play area in Cookstown! My kids absolutely love it here; they always have a fantastic time running around and exploring. It's great that there are simple meals like fries available on-site, which makes it easy to grab a quick bite while they play.nnOne small area for improvement would be around the counter and food serving area, which could use a bit of a refresh. Also, during birthday parties, it can be a bit annoying when staff start tidying up shortly before the booked time is up, as it feels a bit rushed to make way for the next group. But overall, it’s a wonderful spot for family fun, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.
