Staff seem incredibly worn thin and did not seem to enjoy their job. Management clearly aren't supporting their staff properly. Speaking of management, from my own experience they do not seem to know what is going on, cannot take responsibility for their actions and pass blame to their staff members. There are countless other care agencies - be aware and chose a different company that cares about clients and staff. Mental health is extremely important and this needs teaching/retaught to management.
Cosgrove is an absolutely wonderful charity. They have looked after my autistic older brother since he was a little boy in their children's services and now full time as an adult. The staff are kind, supportive and organised, allowing my brother to live an independent life that he would be unable to do without them. Please don't listen to any of the negative reviews below - they help a lot of vulnerable people who need them.
A wonderful organisation who have cared for members of my family for over 25 years. We have worked closely with their children’s services and now adult and I would highly recommend both. Staff are dedicated and truly care.
My son attended this “disabled club”and absolutely loved it.Great ,unfortunately they have said they cannot now meet his needs so off to new club. Phoned and cancelled on my son on a number of occasions due to understaffing
Wonderful Charity that have been there for my brother for a very long time. They run fantastic play schemes, the staff are wonderful and I’m very grateful to them.
One of the most unprofessional companies i have came into contact with. It's extremely worrying that they operate in the care sector considering their disorganisation and how badly they treat people. I wouldn't trust this company with my Goldfish never mind a relative sadly.
My brother has been at cosgrove and he absolutely loves it everyone is so helpful and really understand additional support needs
Terrible place to work ,Management a totall joke , Disorganised havent a clue how to run a buisness would not leave my dog in their care .
Always friendly and helpful
