A very rude lady in the shop.  I can appreciate social distancing is in place because of Covid 19 restrictions, but I think it's a bit much when 2 people  were allowed in the shop to look for 20 minutes whilst other people had to wait.  A young woman in front of me couldn't wait any longer so she went and I just was looking to the side of the door, nowhere near the other two customers or the assistant in the shop who were over the other side and I was told to go back and wait in the doorway.  I did not appreciate the tone of the assistant and for this reason I too did not visit the shop.  Change your attitude - we are all in it together.

Very rude assistant who closed the door on my daughter as it was her lunch break. My daughter had come to get money to buy her soap I was outside with the dogs and she refused to serve her saying she was closing and anyway they didn't accept CASH. Not going back there again!

Lovely smells, served by a very lovely guy reccomend a visit if this is your kind of thing !!! My home smells incredible with the room mists and candles

Lovely products, they smell amazing. Shop assistant was polite and helpfull without being pushy. Will visit again next year.

Tried to visit Cornwall Soapbox in Padstow today but was told I wasn’t allowed in with my dog. Whilst I appreciate not all shops allow dogs, I thought it was odd seeing as my dog had been in the store on our last visit to Padstow. The lady working in the shop said it was because of the number of perfume scents in the shop that they don’t allow dogs in. Firstly I thought this was odd as it wasn’t an issue before and is probably more a decision I should make, but if what they lady said is correct, I can only assume their products are not animal friendly so wouldn’t purchase them going forwards.
