A restaurant so nice, we dined there twice. Lovely, relaxed spot off the beaten path, with good food and wine, and excellent service. Everything we tried was delicious the tableside steak tartare for two was a favourite and I do not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dinner in Windsor. Try to book ahead, as they do get busy.
Overall this restaurant, for me, is almost flawless. I ordered the scallops which was possibly the most decadent starter I've eaten. I also ordered the filet, cooked to a perfect medium rare with an excellent sauce. It came with hardly any fries but I ordered the Dauphinois separately, and the combination with the steak turned out to be excellent. Finally, I ordered the profiteroles, also delicious. Although the menu isn't vast, what they do have is of a very high standard. The service was great as well. Highly recommended.

Pleasant French restaurant near the centre of Windsor. The dishes were all delicious. The service was a touch slow and a little clumsy but definitely friendly at all times. Recommended.

Our first visit here and did not disappoint. Service was brilliant throughout, very friendly and attentive. The food was presented impeccably, went for scallops to start, beef medallions surf & turf for main and creme brulee for dessert. All tasted fantastic. The rest of the menu all sounded equally as tasty. They do a set lunch menu too which was very reasonably priced. Make sure to look down as you go in as you can see into the wine cellar!
Lovely food, despite French not being my favourite cuisine. I had smoked salmon for my starter and minute steak for my main. Both dishes were faultless and very enjoyable. I only have one negative that is the portion of potatoes, I had two very small new potatoes cut in half. Not nearly enough for me. The service was very good with the waiting staff extremely attentive and professional. We will visit again when we're next in Windsor.
Absolutely stunning dining. Probably wouldn't be appropriate to recommend a particular dish as I suspect they are all a sublime as the ones I ate. We're now mulling over what 'special occasion' excuse we can come up with to hasten our return. Parking: Parking can be a major problem so if you're booking ensure you allow time for the walk from some of the bigger, but distant car parks. Also, be aware: done of them still only take coins.
Beautiful French food, expertly cooked and presented. Each dish was delicious. Its a little expensive and the decor inside doesn't quite match the expense but I couldn't fault the service as each waiter was very friendly and attentive.
First time coming. Place is clean and the ambimave is very romantic and chill. Food was amazing! I wanted the steak tartare but they usually only do 2 portions. The servers offered to do 1 portion for myself as the restaurants wasn't as busy. The portions were quite big and food quality amazing. Would recommend to anyone passing by. The service was great and food delicious!
