I handed my keys over to Cornerstone and it's been the best thing I could have done.  It really has genuinely made me a 'passive' landlord - which I need as I'm a carer for my elderly Mum and no longer have the time to manage my flat, tenancies and attend to maintenance that I used to pride myself on. I really would recommend this sort of tenancy to anyone with a suitable property. I will buy future flats with Cornerstone running the tenancies in mind.  I do recommend them to other landlords already and even got commission when a new landlord signed up!  And thanks to George and Sophie for great office back-up.

TENANTS RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!!!  The epitome of what's wrong with the property rental industry, caring only for their profit by doing the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM. So Landlords maybe a good option for you...  As a disabled person, you'd expect them to be more attentive but hardly the case so without any vulnerability imagine how much worse it could be, save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere for your own sanity!  In example: I've been waiting for my shower to be fixed for a week! And they have the audacity to call me about their legal requirements with no indication as to when they'd resolve issues I've been complaining about for well over a year including a black mold infested, geriatric washing machine they refuse to replace!  I'd highly recommend to tenants you search for agents with ethical morals and aren't money hungry narcissists with no regard for human life.

I have just finished my long term working relationship with Cornerstone and I must admit that they have been the best tenants that any landlord can ask for.  When issue arises, they are very quick to be in contact with me and in some cases even fixed the issues themselves! Of course, I was consulted before any changes were due to be made.  Highly recommend The Cornerstone Group as a tenant.  Finally, a huge compliment to George Buckland - he's been amazing during the transition of the flat at the end of the tenancy agreement and nothing is too much trouble for him.
