Corner Cafe

Cafe was about to close but were more than accommodating to us choosing to stay open and provide food even though kitchen had closed. Very friendly staff/owners, who provided information on the long history of the building/cafe from the late 1800's. Look forward to next visit.

After a few year's hiatus from visiting the Corner Cafe I was so pleased to return to find it has lost none of its charm or character. Nor the ability to knock out piping hot lovely spoon food at very reasonable prices and all served with friendly smile. Outstanding stuff, a true gem.

Lovely food and staff, nice environment, great prices

I love this place it's like stepping back in time but in a good way. A must if you are in Ilkeston we have to keep places like this going. It's what's Britain is.

Lovely cafe, everytime myself and my wife come to Ilkeston we always come here. Great prices, amazing staff, hot coffee and a really good family styrl atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone.
