Corner 5 Restaurant is Classy place to celebrate life! There a variety of delicious food to choose from, from starters, main right through to dessert! The drinks menu has everything you can think of from wine, spirit, champagne to beer! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Took my wife on her birthday, called an hour before arriving, they prepared a beautiful romantic dinner for us! It was absolutely beautiful, my wife was utterly surprised. I recommend this place any day! Well done guys.
We chose this restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner. The place looks very nice, there was nic3 atmosferę and sweet surprises were waiting for us at the table. The food was tasty and portion adequate for the price.Food: 4/5
So we have been married for 4 years and without fail we will go back to our wedding reception location, Box End Park, Corner 5 restaurant every year to celebrate not only our wedding but the birth of our two children and our birthdays all withing 2 months.. Never ever do the staff and food let you down. We had beer, wine, champagne, fizzy juice, beautiful starters, mains and desserts and to be honest nowhere in Bedfordshire would provide a better setting with the lake and sun set. We have two children under 3 years old so we don't get out much. But Corner 5 restaurant really go the extra mile to make you happy. We have had our wedding reception and 30th birthday parties here in the main function room, as well as meals out and we have never, ever been anything but overjoyed by the level of attention to detail and beautiful food. If you want the best experience speak to Adrian and his wonderful team. Thanks again guys, Jess and I couldn't speak high enough of your staff, food and loyalty x
Just had the most amazing meal here with family. The atmosphere, food, and staff, were brilliant. Every course was delicious, and Sarah, who looked after us, was delightful and made the evening really special, so an extra thank you to her!
Visit regularly with my daughter for lunch - food and service excellent - nice local place to visit with an outside patio area too.
Nice restaurant and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, however service was very slow, not because of the restaurant staff, but because the kitchen were slow in preparing the food. My wife ordered salmon and crayfish cakes on a pea puree and I ordered the steak medium rare. The fishcakes were gorgeous, but my steak was at best 'average' and for £22 extremely expensive for what I considered to be a small piece of rump it was tough and chewy. I ordered the sticky toffee pudding and ice cream for dessert which was 'OK'. No toffee sauce worth mentioning and quite dry. My wife makes a better one! All in all we'd give it 6/10.
Food was delicious and service was excellent. The restaurant was a bit chilly on the day we were there but it is a very big space to heat! Parking: Car park is a little rough under foot but elderly visitors can easily be dropped outside the door before parking.
