Made wedding cake for my Mother's wedding a few years ago. "Dropped it" on the way to oven. Didn't finish it, figures on top were damaged no refund or reduction in price offered. Don't waste your time!

I ordered a surprise wedding cake for my daughter from this lady and had arranged to pick it up on the way to the wedding. I phoned her an hour before I was setting off. She informed me the cake was not there but at her mother's house 10 miles in the opposite direction. I asked her when she was going to let me know. She had numerous excuses about work etc. but she could have text me. Her mother kindly delivered the cake and I then realised why Corinne would not be in. It was more suited to a joke 40th or similar. Her mother took it away to try and rescue it and took it to the reception but sadly I could not display it. It actually spoiled my day. Corinne seems to have every excuse available. I have not received a proper apology or refund.
