After initial confusion at office over our booking, this ended up being a great service, recommended by a friend who had already had it done.  Phil and Mark AKA 'The Dream Team' were super efficient and really friendly. They have made an excellent job with the roof and it looks fantastic. The difference it has made is great, now a garden room rather than a conservatory. Much more even temperatures and therefore more 'useable' all year round. Thank you.

After paying the 25% deposit we were told that another 50% would be needed BEFORE they even started work. There was also contradictory info on the invoice that demanded full payment by a date that would have been before work started. We started looking into the company and  didn’t like what we were seeing. We contacted the company to cancel and that’s where they started showing their true colours. They stopped responding to emails, when we called they didn’t want to identify themselves and they became rude and unprofessional. We had to threaten legal action and even then they threatened to keep part of the deposit. Do your research before committing people!

From the start to finish ive been impressed with the design and finish of a bespoke car port, the materials used are excellent and the structure is really strong, the weather the lads had to endure was just horrendous, but great job Ashley and George you done the boss and me proud

The team are knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly.  We are extremely pleased with our new refurbished roof, the conservatory has now become an extra warm and inviting room. Despite the bad weather Tom and Ian worked on regardless.  Thanks to Ashley for making a superb finish when plastering the vaulted ceiling. We have no hesitation recommending Coretech. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coretech for the following reasons:  Workmnship. Our roof project was a complex project which demanded careful planning and skill in execution.  The Coretech scored admirably in both aspects. The workmanship could not be better.  Professionalism. The Coretech crew work together as a seamless unit with each member knowing exactly what to do and when to do it. The result was a perfect job finished precisely on time.  Ease of Communication. All of the Coretech team were polite and more than willing to answer questions and even carefully moved a large growing cactus to prevent it from coming to harm.  The Finishing Touch.  At the end of the project, I was surprised to find the work area had been cleaned and all trace of debris removed from the garden and work site.  They had actually washed and dried the tiled floor.  In summary. We rightly judged that Coretech was an excellent firm from our first face to face contact which took place in our conservatory where we requested a quotation for replacing the poly carbonate roof with a modern solid structure. Tom and Andrew from Coretech gave a short but detailed explanation of the work that would be required together with a the technical aspects of the self supporting roof structure.  There was no attempt at “Pressure salesmanship” as had been the case with other contractors which we had approached.  The quotation was very commutative and we signed the contract immediately. I found Tom on my search engine! He contacted me and we arranged a visit! After a discussion with Tom,  he recommended how my conservatory roof could be replaced! We discussed two methods! I eventually chose a modular system! Tom priced the roof replacement and agreed a fixing date! Tom arrived and within his first day the roof was off and the modular roof on and water tight! Second day was gastly cold weather and raining! But this did deter Tom and assistant they battled on  first week in  Dec 2017 by the end of the day the roofing tiles were on and facia and guttering completed. The final day was far better day, the roof leading was completed and inside fixing completed ready to plaster! This was completed the follow week! Tom is lovely chap he is reliable and hard working!  loved mince pies and buscuits I have no hesitation in recommending him!
