Core Performance coaches give me the motivation to get out of bed at 5am and go for a work out, I never thought I'd be the sort of person who would exercise at that time of day. I preferred team sports to gym work or running but the occasional Vets rugby game was not enough to keep the weight off or stop me drinking and smoking. The fun and friendly environment of Core Performance has been a major influencer on me and driven me to change my life style habits for the better. I now love nothing more than me and my teenage son training together, it's superb. A massive thanks for all the coaches at Core Performance who have helped me change my health and fitness.

A fantastic gym and a great community to be a part of - my fitness levels are the best they've ever been. The coaches are highly qualified and really know their stuff; I've learnt loads from them. Core Performance is a very encouraging place and all levels of fitness are made to feel welcome. A great place for beginners and athletes alike.

I've been a member for 18 months and love it. Great facility with expert coaches and great community feel. Whether it is a training programme you are after, nutrition advice, classes to join and learn how to lift weights properly or just an excellent environment to train in on your own Core Performance is the place to do it!
