Do not use. Failed to provide a clean when they had committed to doing so. Unable to give any indication of when would come - even a text on leaving Rothbury. Would not reply to repeated pleas regarding when/if they would come before guests arriving. Delivered a plastic box of musty soggy laundry then would have arrived shortly before guests due if I had not happened to be there to air it. Impossible to get any sense out of them. Dishonest and incompetent. Completely ruined expensive duvet covers in the wash which arrived back with hundreds of threads pulled out. Far more trouble than they are worth.
