The removal of our household from NDevon to Bordeaux was done with the minimum of fuss and with no losses or damage. The crew- esp Gary and Simon were great. Not only moving us but looking after our plants and then promising to come back in the future if there was anything else we needed from the UK. The back office  (Wendy) was always bright and cheerful and ever helpful- I would have no problem using Copps again.

Thank you so much to Copps removal (notably, Simon, Gary and Trevor) for moving our home all the way from North Devon to Alkmaar in the North of Holland. We could not have asked for a better service. We were able to tailor the service specifically to our needs which included a stop off to pick up a canoe and a dolls house in the south-east of the UK. Everything was very well organised and Copps provided boxes at a cheaper price (second-hand) instead of selling us new more expensive ones. Simon and Trevor came to our house in Devon to load the van. Great sense of humour and yet again they knew exactly what they were doing with packing that lorry! (It’s times like this when you realise why you use a removals company rather than trying to stuff your stuff into a white van to run several trips with your clumsy dad!!!). Gary and Simon (brothers) then drove up to Hertfordshire and then on to Holland. They were extremely personable and friendly people and easy to contact at any point to catch up on where the van was. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants a trustworthy, friendly, and organised service with experienced people who know what they are doing.
