I love this place, especially for lunch! It has excellent milkshakes Oreo one is the best. I really liked the Turkish breakfast, although the courgette fries were not the best. The garlic shrimp were probably the best I’ve ever tried. Plus, it has a lot of tables, and it is perfect for views of King’s college!Recommended dishesFull English Breakfast
The food is extremely good, I got the lamb and it's the best lamb I've had in the UK. However, the portion size is super small and the price is comparatively very high. Good quality food, kind servers, but pricey and small quantity. I would recommend this for a day when you want to treat yourself. Not ideal for kids. The views are amazing. You see central Cambridge and Kings College directly from the window. It's a gorgeous location.
Ordered scones which the waiter provides me the option to choose between butter or cottage cream, 2 lattes, Halloumi cheese, and sweet waffles. They all tasted pretty good.
The food was really tasty and the portion was really good! The price was really good to. I would definitely go there again for breakfast. And the Kings College is just in the other side of the road.Food: 5/5
Wow! Absolutely amazing food, lovely friendly, kind staff, warm and welcoming. We had a 3 course meal, a starter of a selection of meats on a bed of rice. Followed by a main selection of mezze to share between 2 which was divine! Followed by a dessert of baklava, most succulent I've had in years and a lovely coffeeFood: 5/5
Right in the centre of Cambridge near Kings College. Great location. The staff were great, just a little disappointed in the food. The Turkish breakfast was a little underwhelming and the wrap pretty plain but ok.
Lovely little place to stop for cake, coffee, and a rest in Cambridge! The scones didn't say they were fruit instead of plain, but luckily there were only a few pieces in them. Delicious cream, though the jam was just from little single serve packs and kind of had a jelly consistency. Good coffee!Food: 4/5
Enjoyable meal out, the food was so tasty, especially the meat platter and the Baklava desert. Looking forward to coming back here again for a coffee or breakfast.Food: 5/5
Amazing and delicious Turkish food at excellent price and great sharing portions. I ordered a set meal via Groupon and it was a lot better I was expecting
Cambridge was a stop at the halfway point on our trip across the UK. The rainy afternoon we visited found us exhausted and needing a little break from all the tourist sites. This café was the perfect spot for an afternoon tea, to sit quietly and people watch as the rain come down over King’s College. The scones were fluffy and perfect and the tea spot on, the staff friendly and unrushed, and the atmosphere cozy and inviting. Thanks for such a lovely memory of Cambridge!
