A MASSIVE thank you to Sarah at Conor Launderette & Dry Cleaners. After getting married in Cyprus, we had my partners wedding dress "professionally" cleaned out there. After getting the dress back, we soon noticed the appalling job they had done. Due to receiving the dress back the day we were returning to the UK, it was safe to say, we couldn't do anything. When we arrived home, we took the dress out of the case and I must say, that was the first time I physically heard my wife's heart break. We honestly thought the dress was ruined. After spending some time on Google, I found Copnor Launderette. I sent an email and got a very quick response asking to bring the dress in. We took the dress and headed straight down there. When taking the dress in, we met the lovely Sarah. She said, she couldn't guarantee all the water marks and stains would come out but she would try her best and get it done for Saturday 6th. On Thursday 4th we received an email informing us the dress was ready for collection. We got down there and WOW, we were both speechless. The dress looked brand new. Sarah worked her magic and honestly, we couldn't stop smiling. To have that level of service and the care she put into it, we couldn't have been happier. Thank you! I contacted by e-mail very late on a Friday evening explaining that I had a very creased pleated dress required for Sunday and enquired as to whether there was anything that could be done. I wasn't expecting a reply until at least the Saturday or possibly not even until too late on the Monday which would have been totally my fault for leaving it so late but I received a reply almost immediately. I was advised to take the dress in very first thing Saturday morning but was also advised how the process may not work dependent on fabric/manufacturing process etc, however I took it down for inspection. I was asked to wait a few minutes while an small area of the dress was tested to see how it would turn out. No more than 10 minutes later it was back in my hand the whole dress CREASE FREE, PLEATS STILL IN PLACE!!!! I was absolutely shocked at how fantastic it looked. I am genuinely so thrilled with the results but more than that the service provided was absolutely above and beyond. I really cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be using them in the future for any dry cleaning, duvet cleaning etc, absolutely fantastic. Thank you so very very much :-
I have used this launderette sevel times now and everytime they are super speedy and great quality! They have done duvets, bridesmaids dresses and most recently my wedding dress. My wedding dress has some awful spray tan marks up the under arm part of the dress. They are all gone and my dress is back to a stunning white. So so happy! I can't thank Sarah enough for getting these stains out, and even saving my key ring I left in the pocket. I highly recommend for weddings dresses, it is a very reasonable price too!
Had all my bridesmaid dresses dry cleaned here and my wedding dress! Amazed so well priced £65 and my dress looks brand new again!

Great service They cleaned my silk scarfs to perfection. They are up front & honest & although the scarfs had no care labels they got me sign a disclaimer , which is fair enough as they don’t know what they are dealing with. Great value , great price & above all totally honest 5*
Used this Launderette a few times and had no problems. They give a great service here. I have only positive things to say. They do everything that's expected here from washing, drying, ironing, you can rent carpet cleaning vacuum from here and much much more. The woman who runs it is so lovely and kind. The other staff members are really nice too.
Brill service, came in and dropped washing off for a service wash - came back a few hours later to everything washed dried and folded even with £20 that we left in a pocket by accident paper clipped to the bag!! so sweet and nice even though it was busy today! Would recommend
I'm very impressed! I needed five black bags laundered, almost everything my dad owns while he's in hospital. It would've taken me days to do at home & I'd never used a laundrette having always done our weekly laundry myself. I emailed for an estimate and got a reply from Debbie within half an hour, the price seemed fair, so the next day, a Sunday, late morning I took everything down, they said they could have it done today in a few hours, I laughed, I didn't need them the same day and didn't expect that much done the same day, but a few hours later I got a text saying it was all done, that's washed, dried, folded and placed in clean bags ready for collection with a price very close to what I'd estimated from the email!!!... Very, very impressed! Thank you sooo much!
First time here welcoming staff and helpful it is tokens so pick ur machine and pay and they come and start it for you there was no smell as some places I've used I would use them again
