The team at Copied Hall are fantastic. Our Doberman has been going there for the last 4 years since he was 6 months old and he’s now been recently joined by our 15 month old cockapoo. When we drop them off they happily head in without looking back, tails high. We wouldn’t leave them anywhere else whilst we’re on holiday or even just for a day visit. We have no doubt it’s the safest place for them. Linda and Katie, who we’ve dealt with the most always go above and beyond, letting us bring what we need to help the dogs settle. I’d highly recommend Copied Hall Kennels to anyone who wants top notch care for their pups.
Our dog absolutely loves coming to Copied Hall, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly, clearly adore the dogs, we always leave our dog knowing she’s in the safest of hands! Thank you!
We have an elderly dog, probably his last time coping with a kennel. Copied Hall Kennels were absolutely brilliant with him. Adapted the environment so he wasn't overestimated and genuinely fantastic. Complete safe and skilled pair of hands. Our 13 year old dog has come home after our holiday, happy and healthy, and has more energy and a shine on his coat that he didn't have when we dropped him off!!!!! Doesn't get better than that. Very upset with how I was treated on the phone when I was enquiring about availability for my two dogs ,absolutely disgusted with the reply which I got told “how my dogs would be put in unsocialable kennels due to them being Rottweilers before meeting them or even asking if they are friendly and putting the phone down on me whilst I was still trying to talk Don’t even try if you have any breeds like Rottweilers
The staff are excellent at looking after our dogs. We have a nervous German shepherd who takes time to trust people. The team spent time understanding him and getting to know him and now he can't wait to go and play and he loves both the human and doggie interaction! we have total peace of mind when we are away that they are happy and well cared for. Our dogs come home tired and content. Highly recommend
Copied Hall gets my highest recommendations. Our boy is so well taken care of and the staff are wonderful. The site is lovely. We will be clients of this kennel for as long as we own dogs!
Our beloved labrador, Holly, has been going to the kennels for 12 years and always received excellent and loving care which made leaving her there stress free. We know that they loved Holly as much as she loved them. Can't thank them enough
I’m so pleased I’ve found this place! We have two Bull Terriers, one of which has an abundance of medical needs. They had a short stay a month ago now they’re just back from a 12 night stay. I found the booking system easy and pricing very fair. The grounds are beautiful although I’m not sure the dogs appreciate that part! Upon our first visit we were shown around the grounds, nothing was hidden. The kennels are a good size, there’s also a large communal field and a smaller communal play area. All staff we had contact with have been lovely and polite. The kennels are set well back from a main road behind a couple of electric gates- so they’re safely away from the road. When discussing our boys medical needs we felt we had been listened to, he’s quite complex but they were happy to accommodate all his needs. We have been let down in the past - once by another kennel and twice by individuals that had him at their home so leaving him isn’t easy. But I did leave with my mind at rest. During their stay we saw a video of our girl playing with other dogs in the field which was lovely to see. They’ve both come home in great condition! Obviously we don’t know what goes on when they’re away but I can tell they’ve been well looked after/ cared for and his medical needs met. I look forward to using copied hall kennels again in the future
I've used copied hall since my lurcher was 8 months old, he's 12 now. I use them about 5 times a year. He likes it there and that's the most important thing, he goes off wagging his tail. The booking system I find really good and easy to use. Highly recommended.
Just collected our dog, Rupert, after a five night stay and would highly recommend the place. It was his first time here and he's obviously been well looked after by very caring staff. We decided on a groom before collecting him, so not only was he full of the joys of Spring...he looked a treat and smelled nice too! Thank you Copied Hall Kennels.
