Helped a friend move in, and looked after her kids. Nice play park outside. Quite windy, but what can you expect from by the sea?
Reasonable flats and ok transport links. A bit far from the city centre but local amenities are getting better. Not a nice place to be in the evening and there are often people smoking in stair wells or worse.
Like getting into fort Knox but it's for the good of the tenants
Love it and big flats
