Let the reviews speak for themselves. Wouldn’t waste your time with them. There staff are awkward and hard to deal with. Asking the most ridiculous questions to purchase a vehicle of me. Try and train your staff slightly better and the process would be much easier, first I would get rid of would be Georgie.

Poor service drove 7 hours to collect car had time slot still were late. Got car back to garage a lot of faults surprised it didn’t catch fire. CamBelt cover burnt away could of damaged engine. Car has been parked up until it gets sorted. Not described properly how are they getting away with this it’s beside me. Never again

Manager and Mitchell absolutely  rubish I been charge its not my foult it's Xmas  comming my purchase has to saty 3 day extra they charged me £78extra even I did speak with Mitchell to release  some money she is rude not care at all but when I bought  the car from them they advised stolen records but its not true its car actually cat s I been told mistake we have to accpet  but for us not accept what the rubish place

i bought a vehicle from copart which clearly had a description saying Runs and drives. When the car was delivered it was not even starting up. Asked them to take it back and they denied saying cars are sold as seen no returns even if the description says starts and drives. So guys be careful when buying from copart,  do all sorts of inspection and do not trust their words,  just like the government nobody cares about you here. Good luck

Brilliant place but be carefull as they have lots of ad ons, quite sneaky really.

Totally horrific service. Having bought a car I asked for the car to be further checked as I was driving from about 4 hours away. They agreed and said all was ok and ok to be driven. When I got there, the car had a broken suspension, and head gasket fully gone. Nowhere near ok condition. The car was also very different from the ad and was falsely advertised as none of this was mentioned or pictured. I talked to  members of staff but everyone including the manager was rude and told he they can’t do anything and it’s my fault. This is not right and I would not recommend this place or anything they sell.

Rang about recovering items that were left in a car after an accident. People I spoke to some from the Whitburn yard and another branch were extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions and even took the time and chased up items that had been left at the recovery yard. Thank you, you made a stressful situation a little easier for me.

We bot car from this place is everything ok but not have gearbox in car inside car very bad I hope no one going to this place for bay car very dojy

I walk my dog around it and google keeps asking for a review.. If i do it will stop, i have never bought a car from it don't know if i would they all have bits missing and half them look dented

Very disorganised company  You book a slot for collection and they leave you waiting for an hour and a half. But you can see there regular customers who simply drive in get loaded and away. Watched 5 trucks that came in after me being loaded and away.  Also ridiculous only one forklift driver, if you are so busy as you say employ an additional driver speed up your inefficient service.  It's that bad I avoid any jobs for copart as the wait is usually 3 times the amount of time the job takes.
