Food in the "hot" shelf was stone cold, when i mentioned it was just told "oh" and they just carried on regardless. This is probably company policy ie. absolute minimum heat you can get away with and keep the profit, have people forgotten that we have to pay vat on "warm" food? Great for a cold day, not!

First of all it smells like absolute balls, the sausage roll are about the size of my penis whixh is not very big at all, i mean it works but its not going to leave a lovely woman feeling not satisfied at all. The staff in theyre are all sound tbf though but the best one is probably a 4/10 at best but shes about 60. Overall i would rate my trip to Greggs a 1/10
