We popped in here before we visited the National Videogame Museum. The lady serving us seemed to be on her own but was very polite and happy to help even when we went back to the counter for extra milk and another treat. Tasty and friendlyFood: 5/5

My partner has just been in Cooplands at 1 - 3 Fitzalan Square Sheffield and asked for a brown breadcake with spread on. She also asked for some ham & onion on on my breadcake. The person who served me was very abrupt and charged her £3.75. She then noticed some ham salad sandwiches on display priced at £3.20. She asked the server why the ham salad was cheaper than the ham & onion sandwich and again she snapped at her saying it's freshly made. Surely the ham salad sandwiches have to be made as well and isn't that what they do make and sell sandwiches so we don't understand the extra charge? Anyway if this is the case and because of the employees attitude we will never enter this shop again. NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR COOPLANDS!!!
Regret coming here so bad so rude chucked bag for me to bag up my own food wouldn’t want to take a phone order then chucked ready made food when it suposed to be fresh. Wish I just Greggs or somethingFood: 1/5
Came here for a breakfast roll various options and a cup of tea - much cheaper option than the hotels menu and I only wanted a snack - it kept the wolf from the doorFood: 5/5
Ordered a fried egg sandwich and it was like plastic it was rock hard. Don't know how long it was sat there for but it was not pleasant it ended up in binFood: 1/5
I keep going in for breakfast and walking out empty handed as they nearly always overcook the bacon because apparently this is how her husband likes it. Sorry, but you're not trying to sell your sandwiches to him. This is why I always check to see who's in before even walking in. Went in today to see if they had improved their bacon, but no, the person in question still cremates it :

Thought I had been given the wrong change and asked them genuinely if they could check their till. I was spoken to like a complete moron and the Supervisor was extremely rude. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'd purchased £10 worth of sandwiches which tasted like dry bread and hardly and filling. Feel completely robbed of £20 in total. My previous experience of them before this was just as horrendous in it's own way too. People skills is a big issue they need to fix. So very rude and their lunch products are terrible
I go there on my way to work and I'm always greeted with a smile and a 'good morning luv'. Lovely ladies there. Food is fresh and very tasty. Getting hungry as I type.
