If you’re lucky enough to be seen by Doctor Bateson you’ve a chance, as this doctor seems to be the only one willing to listen and keen to help.
The doctors and nurses are honestly amazing at what they do. However, the reception is a joke. Not only did I wait 32mins in a queue rang from half 8 but when it was finally my turn it sounded like the phone was picked up and set right back down again, like them plastic landlines. I was genuinely ringing for my 5yr old.nI had to ring back and was at the back of the queue again... when I did manage to get through her attitude was disgusting, like I was wasting her time. I never ever complain about anything but my blood is boiling. I will be taking this further.
The Doctors and nurses are lovely. But the administrative staff is an absolute shame and a complete let down for the medical staff. They definitely need training on kindness, listening skills and courtesy. I'd suggest send them for training to developing and under developed countries and hopefully they will learn something there. Reviews given after multiple interactions and hence not biased.
Trying for ages to contact Dungannon outlet...seems the numbers have been changed without us being told. Pathetic is too kind for a description.
