Cook & Dine is a kitchenware store in Doncaster, England. They sell a wide variety of cookware, bakeware, and kitchen accessories. The store is well-stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the prices are very steep. I recently went to Cook & Dine to buy a new set of pots and pans. I was looking for a set that was both durable and stylish. I found a set that I liked, but the price was way overpriced. I was shocked by the price, as I have found similar sets for much less money online. I decided to do some research on Cook & Dine before making a purchase. I found a number of reviews online that complained about the high prices. Some people said that the prices were even higher than those of other similar stores. I decided not to buy anything from Cook & Dine. I found a set of pots and pans online for a fraction of the price. I am happy with my purchase and I would not recommend Cook & Dine to anyone who is looking for a good deal. Here are some of the things I liked about Cook & Dine: * Well-stocked store * Friendly and helpful staff Here are some of the things I didn't like about Cook & Dine: * Steep prices * Not competitive with online prices Overall, I would not recommend Cook & Dine to anyone who is looking for a good deal.
Another shop we always go in. Has some lovely ornaments aswell has a wide range of household goods. Everything from lalique glass to plastic kitchen containers. Wide range of saucepans, kitchen gadgets, knives, tea services etc. Something for everybody.
Bought Mary Berry casserole dish very light to use but the handles gets very very hot which i think this should not be so. Could not recommend this product because of the danger of this. Its only used on the hob.
Buyer beware. We purchased it, used it and it worked well. We removed it after 6 months for our kitchen remodel. Upon removal, one bolt snapped off and one bolt had damaged threads, which was a design flaw not a removal issue. We contacted them and sent it back. It took 10 TEN months to receive it back and with no less than a dozen phones calls and emails from us for a follow up. We completed our kitchen remodel in 4 months. When we opened the box, they fixed ONE bolt. This company has the MOST horrible customer service. They don't return calls or emails. Stall after stall after stall. When we contacted them about only one bolt being fixed...they of course haven't called us back. We paid $4,000 for this and expect better customer service and a better product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Good range of cook wear and friendly staff
Went in on the off chance that they would have some rubber gloves. Asked the very pleasant lady and hey presto ,two pairs of rubber gloves appeared. Great service, great value
I popped into cook and Dine, last week to ask about a lifetime Warranty on our lovely kitchen knives, which were 10 years old, but had a minor fault. The shop assistants were lovely and very helpful, they gave me a contact email for the company, and I have a new full set of 3 knives being posted out as a replacement, thank you.
Great shop with a good selection of dining and kitchen items, a little on the steep side so bear this in mind but still good quality products none the less
