Good quality of food and an array of high quality dishes. Expensive but worth it for a treat. What is free is manners from the staff. We could not find the discount email. Younger staff had the account. Older lady was grumpy, snappy and generally unpleasant. Shan't be coming into the store again. No need for unpleasantness. I am guessing Santa bought no gifts. Merry Christmas !
A small shop that sells good quality frozen prepared meals. Everything from kid's meals, through starters and sides to full meals. Expanding range of vegetarian meals. Not cheap but food is of high quality and nicely presented. Friendly staff.

I love this fine clean little shop based at Petts Wood, very close to Petts Wood railway station Network South-Eastern, Thameslink services for connections - a bus route Nos R3, 273, 661 stops here too in Petts Wood Road. Excellent food products, - mostly preserved frozen, and mouth watering delights, with many varied choices. Certainly will return in the future, the staff so kind and obliging to serve. 10/10. Chris.
Excellent food, fantastic service and friendly staff. Lots of choice in plenty of quantities. Some good deals like their 2 for £12 Indian meal deal. Regular price are a little expensive but the quality of excellent and you often get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
The service from the staff at Cook Petts Wood is amazing, especially during this challenging time of lockdown. I ordered some food for my elderly neighbour who is 96 and in isolation and they kindly added a few more items to my order. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and go above expectations. Thank you so much!
Went here to buy meals in preparation for the birth of our baby. The service was excellent!....however, the meals are very over priced and tasteless, and certainly didn’t taste homemade. I have to say, that myself and my husband brought several meals and none of them were worth the money or tasty. We found that the produce used were exceptionally poor and meat very grisly. We certainly won’t be purchasing again, and rather buy M&S frozen meals, should we need them.
Lady was very rude and inconsidirate she over charged me and she be littled me in front of other customers and when i pulled her up about consuming the wrong price she was very rude and disrespectful im not here for certain behaviour i cant tolleracne this
