Really nice place to get some food! We got a £50 voucher for Xmas off a good friend, so we decided to check it out. Got quite alot of quality food that will last a while, lovely staff and plenty of food to select from! Extremely clean and tidy, covid rules etc lots to select from and I mean lots! Disabled friendly, plenty of room round the store, 5*
Unfortunately extremely rude member of staff made shopping in store unbearable therefore I shall not be returning. Total shame as food is always delicious.
My husband and I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at Cook Romsey for their outstanding customer service. We became new parents a month ago and they have been so kind, it really has made a difference at such a tiring time. Food very tasty too, just what we needed!
As a visitor to Ramsey, i had heard alot of things about this shop, food good, friendly staff, reasonable prices, thought id give them a vist. Then was told they DONT accept cash, so definitely wont be visiting there to spend my money.
I have visited this shop many times. Great service polite and very helpful.The food is excellent and saves time with the oven being on and great value for money.
We love our little Cook in Romsey: plenty of choices for small and large families, awesome desserts and now they even have 1- person microwavable lunch options. Staff in Romsey is friendly and absolutely helpful.
Simple, straightforward shopping of frozen meals, excellently prepared and packaged. Read the brochure, make a list for yourself, and the staff will be happy to help. You will not be disappointed.

Have shopped there quite a few times and on each visit the staff have been very helpful and friendly. Always been pleased with products bought.
