If I could give a 0 I would. The food here is lovely but I ordered a burger here today and asked for one of the salads to be removed from the burger because of an allergy. So when there is an allergy what is meant to happen is they are meant to clear a food prep area and clean it all down too so the food can be prepared safely. The burger arrived just now with the salad still on it. That is extremely dangerous, not for us it isn't a severe allergy thank god but for someone with a serious allergy, this takeaway can be extremely dangerous. Lovely food though if you have no allergies fire ahead.
The worst food we ever had! They gave us frozen chips. The burger was absolutely horrible. The chicken tasted like burnt oil. We threw all the food in the bin. It was an absolute waste of money and time. Nice staff though
Really nice staff. Had chips with everything and loved it. Pizza was a bit of a let down. Chips are frozen but are nice. Had a burger there before and enjoyed it.
2 stars probably bring generous here to be honest..took close to 2 hours to arrive from ordering..chips tasted like they had been cooked earlier in the day and re-heated....not good. Batter undercooked..Some of the order had not being included with the delivery either. Will not be ordering from this 'chipper' again.
Usually my favourite place.. Rang last weekend orderd family favourite. Asked for delivery. Hour later i rang 7 times before i got answer. To be snapped at there no driver. I asked coukd you not have taken my phone no to ring back the no woukd have come up on their phone.to be snapped at again and asked did i want food or not .. We were so disappointed
Ordered delivery. Took over an hour I do live a bit away. Refried, tasteless chips, tiny fish and boneless chicken wings that are dry, processed, bredded chicken nuggets.
Top class food, excellent customer service
Food was very tasty and great portions
Chips & curry were lovely but two black hair,s in my kabab med me gave it to the dag
Got food for 6 of us and everything was spot on, fresh, hot and absolutely delicious, will order again
