Today CVW came to put two new bedroom windows in my house. The fitters were very professional and very helpful they made every effort not to make any mess and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend these fitters and C.V.W.

I had a long standing problem with damp around a window which had been installed many years ago by another company. The window needed replacing too. Over the years various builders have tried to solve the damp issue. From the moment I contacted Conwy Valley last September I felt reassured that they were going to help me get to the root of the problem. Over the last few months many builders, plasterers and window fitters have been here and today I am very happy to say that the work has now been completed. Every workman was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. The workmanship is of a very high standard. I must say a special 'Thank You' to Andy, the Surveyor. He has been very approachable and nothing has been too much trouble. I highly recommend Conwy Valley Windows.

Provided sound, practical and budget-friendly advice on the best ways to double glaze (windows and doors) the whole of our large 1930s property. The fitters were polite, knowledgable and experienced; they created minimal mess and made good any of the (inevitable) small plaster and associated issues that happen when working on an older home. The windows and doors are of excellent quality, and heating bills have reduced since fitting. Sound-proofing is top notch. Finally, this was an on-going project over 18 months; we used Conwy Valley Windows for all the work because we were confident and happy they would provide the best service.

From salesman, through surveyor to fitters, all were highly professional, helpful and customer focussed. Window and French doors were fitted expertly and the fitters overcame the flaws that the building threw at them. They look beautiful and enhance the rooms. The fitters were friendly and left the work area clean and spotless. Would highly recommend and am thinking of having them fit a new front door in the not too distant future.

We are absolutely delighted with the 2 new doors we had fitted. The salesmen were very patient with all the visits we made and questions we asked, in order for us to be totally happy with our choice. The fitters were very pleasant, friendly and extremely professional throughout the fitting of the doors. We would have no hesitation in recommending them, and we were certainly very pleased we chose the company.
