Many thanks to Conwey Road Medical Practice and all the practitioners for their care and support. All the people I've met there were wonderfully good to me, and I am truly grateful to them for everything. I appreciate the help and support, treatment and therapy I've received from my doctor. This was my best experience with a doctor I've ever had. I'm grateful and appreciate it a lot.
This practice since new management has improved massively. I've not had a great deal to say in the last five years but I owe the staff here gratitude and respect. I think the pandemic crippled a lot of surgeries through ridiculous guidelines. But now they are dealing with an influx of new patients and are dealing with it well. I think they have turned a corner and are doing what they do best. Well done to all the staff there
Have been a patient for over 50 years and I must say I am pleased with the standard of service! People complain about the way they are treated by the reception staff but I find if you are nice with people they are nice back> Just a thought!! From my own experience I have found that the GPs always try to do their best by you but they are not responsible for hospital waiting times. Thank you Conway Road.
Dr Brocklehurst is my go to doctor. I find her super friendly, professional and reassuring. She has been great with me during times of terrible anxiety.nAll staff receptionists, doctors, nurses etc are great.nI have no problem with this medical centre at all.
Just got back from the surgery. Can't fault any of the staff. Big shout out to Sr l Godwin. She explained everything to me twice dr cufflin is a great doctor. As are all the other. And receptionist
