If you're needing a hair colour I would run a mile from this salon! Don't listen in a consultation, don't even give one. Then when ruining a simple colour process to the point the client is in tears they refuse to rectify the situation and then when I request a refund to go to a professional salon they refuse and put the phone down on me. No a very good way to run a business!! To the owner of Contemporary, I would recommend putting your staff through proper training if they are going to be let loose on clients with a chemical service. Costumer service costs nothing, so maybe just make sure the arrogant colourist takes a crash course on how to deal with any discrepancies. I don't want to put 1 star as they don't even deserve that!
