POLSKA INSTYTUCJA! Absolutny zart!!! Od kilku dni probuje sie umowic na wizyte w tym przekletym przez wiekszosc polakow miejscu. Okazuje sie ze wszystkie opinie sa nie bezpodstawne. Zaczelam nagrywac wideo za kazdym razem kiedy sie probuje umowic na wizyte w konsulacie w sprawie paszportowej i mam zamiar je na na fb wrzucic. Juz nie wspomne o cenniku za uslugi ktory w porownaniu do naszych znajomych Rumunow jest z kosmosu..... WSTYD!!!!! Zebyscie takie ceny za paszporty rzadali bez dostepnych wizyt online, bez odbierania telefonow w konsulacie, z takimi odleglymi terminami i bez uprzejmej uslugi!! Z przyjemnoscia oddam wam ten polski passport zebyscie se go w tylek wsadzili, bedzie sie wygodniej siedzialo... Wrrr...

I am plagued by calls on my personal mobile for Polish people asking for the Polish Embassy - even though I have let the embassy know a minimum of five times they do absolutely nothing about it - it is becoming unbearable and past being funny - I get 4-5 calls a day and this is beyond a joke now. They are obviously giving it out by a mistake but do absolutely nothing to sort it out and claim they ''have no idea'' how people are getting my mobile number.

Absolutely useless and very, very rude!! Not doing their job properly at all!! Not providing requested informations and adding more paperwork. Avoid by any cost if you have another option!!

Absolute disgrace. Rude workers, not adapted to disabled or pushchairs, hardly anybody picking up the phone and if they do, they cannot answer questions. Even website gives confusing informations. As a Polish I am ashamed of this place. Going there is a nightmare which I try to avoid as much as I can. Based on my experiences (had a few of them) I would be avoiding Poland like fire.

The place is clean and warm to wait for your turn. But the wait is long. I've been no 2 in a que for over 30min now:/ the counter is closed and we are waiting for consul to arrive, even tho our visits are scheduled for exact times.
