We had an out of the ordinary problem with our laptop. We took it along, the guys were friendly and chatty and said they would have a look at it. We came back to collect it a week later, the laptop was not fixed (which doesn't matter as it was a last ditch attempt to save it!) However, the state of how we received the laptop back was awful!!! Screws and the rubber grips were missing - we found the rubber bit later INSIDE the laptop when we took it apart at home and it was scratched and dented in areas that shouldn't have been. Thankfully, we weren't charged for the service but we just feel that the company had little respect for peoples property and because of this we will not use again or recommend to people.

Could not recommend more. Friendly staff and very helpful. The cost was better than reasonable and will return when needed again without hesitation.
